Our web site is designed to make life easy for our customers. You can search by product or by brand.

Once you have found the item you are looking for simply select the Size of colour (if options are available) then add to your cart. You can see the items in your cart by clicking on the green cart button at the top of each page and you can add or remove products at anytime.
Checkout and Payment:
Once you have selected all your items and quantities in the shopping cart you are ready to checkout. You can pay using any major credit or debit card through our online servers. We use a third party secured payment processors and your card details are not stored of collected by us. All transactions on the Sassy web sites are identity protected.

Your purchase can also be paid Cash on Delivery COD. For cash on delivery orders we will only ship once we have spoken to the customer. If you are in a same day delivery area we may not be able to service same day delivery on cash on delivery orders. We do not accept personal cheques at this time.
Delivery:
Your order will now be packed for delivery. If you have ordered any items that are custom made or not held in our warehouse we will send you an email to confirm the delivery times and delays. The remaining order that is available with us will not be delayed and will be shipped as soon as packed. We do not charge extra delivery to deliver pending items to you. As almost all our items are held in stock we usually pack the same day as receiving the order and prepare to ship. For same day delivery areas your items will be dispatched after a member of our team contacts you to confirm your availability. All other orders will be booked with the courier for next day collections from our warehouse and then delivery to you as per your needs.
Returns:
You can return any items that you are not 100% satisfied with except for perishable food items unless they are defective. Because we are very cautious on how perishable items are stored and delivered, once they have left our warehouse and been delivered we can not accept them back. If you have a quality issue with any food that you have purchased you must report to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can rectify and investigate your concerns with the supplier.

Any items that you wish to return that are faulty MUST be bought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. If an items just doesn't suit your needs it can be returned within 14 days as long as it is in the same packaging and condition as received (excluding food and perishable items). For used electronic items we will accept back and return to the suppliers for repairs or replacement as long as this is within 14 days of receiving your items.

We offer replacements, credits and refunds without question when an items is not suitable and returned as per the requirements above or if the items are faulty. Our team are available to speak to you in person and all customers will be called or emailed back in a short professional time frame.
